We do not provide treatment, medical procedures, or any other services.
Our store operates in compliance with the law and conducts business in a sound manner.
Furthermore, if any of the following apply to you, or if you fall into any of the following categories, the staff reserves the right to stop the treatment and ask you to leave, even if it is in progress, and no refund will be given.
Please note that even in the event of cancellation due to customer reasons, 100% of the "course fee + transportation costs" will be charged.

• Persons affiliated with organized crime or other anti-social forces.
• People with disabilities
• People who are heavily intoxicated or using illegal drugs
• People who test positive for COVID-19 or have the flu
• They engaged in acts such as eavesdropping and surreptitious filming.
• Severe athlete's foot, severe skin inflammation
• They engaged in poaching practices with competitors, etc.
• They demanded or coerced illegal services, such as sexual services.
• Harm the therapist
• There are multiple people in the same space or room.

• Reservations can be canceled up to one hour before the scheduled start time.
• For cancellations made within one hour of the reservation time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• Furthermore, we do not accept cancellations once our staff has arrived at your location.
• In addition, there is no cancellation fee for advance reservations if you cancel before 7:30 PM on the day of your reservation. If you need to contact us outside of our reception hours, please use the reservation form on our website or send us an inquiry email.
• Please note that if a new customer cancels an appointment without notice, we will no longer be able to accept future reservations from you.
